Spinach Feta Turkey Burger

Spinach Feta Turkey Burger
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 # ground turkey
4-6 oz crumbled feta cheese (chef’s choice)
½ of a small to medium sized red onion, finely diced
½ cup finely chopped baby spinach
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Form into 4 burger patties
Cook over medium heat on a lightly oiled outdoor grill, or on the stovetop in a lightly oiled grill pan or frying pan, until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F)
Serve with or without buns and with your favorite burger toppings
