Lime Jasmine Rice
This is my absolute favorite way to make jasmine rice. It goes perfectly with any Asian-inspired or Southwest-flavored dish.
Ingredients
2 cups Jasmine rice
2 limes
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt (to taste)
Directions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Zest the limes and add to pot of rice. Slice limes in half after zesting and squeeze juice over rice.
Drizzle olive oil over top and season with salt to taste.
Stir everything together and enjoy!
