Lime Jasmine Rice

This is my absolute favorite way to make jasmine rice. It goes perfectly with any Asian-inspired or Southwest-flavored dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice

  • 2 limes

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Sea salt (to taste)

Directions

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.

  • Zest the limes and add to pot of rice. Slice limes in half after zesting and squeeze juice over rice.

  • Drizzle olive oil over top and season with salt to taste.

  • Stir everything together and enjoy!
